It is a process of learning to be strong enough to enforce your boundaries. Just try telling the guys up front about draping and say it is a law (and maybe it actually is in your state). Just because they are wanting no draping doesn't mean they want much more than that. If they do keep showing their wares, then just tell them you won't be able to work on them any longer. If they don't get it, then it is too much of a strain on your business because it is just too stressful working with people like that.

Had a older male client who came in for a hour and half appointment. Thought this is good right? Um yeah not so much! First, he tells me that he has a host of health problems, that he is cheating on his regular massage therapist just in case she stops practicing, and .....he "runs hot, so does not like to be covered by the sheet/blanket". Sooo he proceeds to tell me that it is up to me if I need to have his genitals covered, because "his massage therapist does not mind". I told him that I was not comfortable with having his kibble and bits being out there. Throughout the ENTIRE appointment he carries on about religious topic after another. I collected his payment and happily escorted him to the door. Quickly said a prayer that I'd never see that man again honestly!
Now TODAY about a week later, I get a voicemail from a guy saying that he is inquiring about my massage that he is a retired 65 yr old man who is fairly fit and that he is needing a weekly 1 1/2 hr massage...OH yeah, and he is not a big fan of draping!! *and drop head* I am fighting the urge to call this gentleman and tell him that I am not that KIND of massage therapist, but I did complete a appointment with that prior client! Suggestion(s)....
