Julie, how often do you update this page? It appears that Oregon needs updating: LMTs can bill PIP and PHI (network), but not Worker’s Comp. Some links below to support/clarify.

I update it when I get new information. Thanks! Why can’t they bill worker’s comp? I don’t see anything in the links you provided that says you can’t bill workers comp in OR.

There might be some plans that do but you have to check each one.
